Canadian, USA & China orders usually dispatch within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment.  Customers will be responsible for import taxes.

After you order products at www.vitanuage.com, you will receive an “order notification” email.  Orders usually will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment.  Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an “order delivery” email so you will know the progress of your order.

Shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days.  The mentioned shipping times are estimates only.  We shall not be responsible for any delays due to post office procedures.  Delivery times do vary, and may be affected by long weekends or holidays.  Orders submitted between Monday to Friday will be processed on the next business day; orders submitted on Saturday, Sunday or during holidays will be processed on the following next business day.

Order Parcels may be returned to us if they are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, unsuccessful delivery attempts, customers refusing payment of orders, customers refusing to provide ID, or customers refusing to receive the parcel.  Once we receive the undelivered order parcel, we will issue a refund amount minus the original shipping fee, handling fee and a 15% restocking fee.

All currencies on the site are in US dollars and are subjected to applicable duties and taxes.  Customers may be subjected to foreign currency fees depending on the method of payment.
